A Night of Argentinean Delights: Wine Tasting Party

$50 per adult for up to 20 people

Kiss.  Taste. Quaff.  Enjoy. Take a moment from your hectic day and pause for a siesta among Argentinean food and wine - a casual evening of good company and good wine.  This one starts with a flight of charcuterie and cheese, followed by empanadas and surrounded at all times by the different wine styles, growers and grapes of Argentina.   Wines will tour the entire country including some of the best and most unique winemakers and regions.  Ranging from the light Torrantes grape from the North in Salta to the classic Malbecs of Lujon de Cuyo in the wine region of Mendoza in the shadow of the Andes tallest peak, Aconcagua.  We will also sample the neighboring valley of Valle de Uco, which is challenging the supremacy of its neighbor and the source of some of Argentina’s most exciting wines. To sit around all evening and snack on good ham, cheese and empanadas and drink bottle after bottle of meaty, earthy and yes, tasty wines, how can you beat it?

Firehouse Tour

They'll also get to visit with the firefighters and check out their digs. The tour will take place on one of the following three Saturdays at 10:30 (confirmation of date in early May): 5/16, 5/30 or 6/6.

Baseball Party

Sign your kids up to learn baseball from a pro . . . literally!   Russian Hill School has signed former major league baseball player Roric Harrison (Molly's Grandpa) to teach a one day t-ball clinic.
