Online and Live Virtual Auction

The auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year and our students still need your support as we move through these challenging times. Let’s come together to raise the critical funds required to provide a safe space for them to learn and grow—whether that’s in the classroom or in the digital classroom.

How can I purchase an Online Auction item or donate to RHS?

•  You will need to register for online bidding at https://rhs2021auction.ggo.bid (instructions below)
•  Purchase your favorite auction packages starting at 8PM (PDT) on Monday, May 17, 2021: https://rhs2021auction.ggo.bid
•  Don't wait too long! Item quantities are limited, and the Online Auction will close on Wednesday, May 26 at 8PM.
•  After registering, donate to Fund-a-Future from the Online Auction or via the live Zoom event on Saturday, June 5.

Can I donate to RHS without having to register for the Online Auction?

Yes, you can click on DONATE NOW to submit a donation without having to register. However, we encourage everyone who will be participating in the virtual auction to register before the virtual auction begins. That way you'll be ready when the online bidding starts. 

How do I participate in the Gallery Walk? How do I buy the artwork?

Click on the Gallery Walk button above to sign up for a spot. The Gallery Walk will be open on Friday June 4. Parents will be able to select spots during the day to view the student artwork in person. We recommend you walk this event with your child so that they can show you their unique contribution! If you really love the piece, join us during the live virtual event for your chance to bid on the piece. If you're the highest bidder, RHS staff will arrange to deliver the piece to you once the virtual auction has ended.

How do I participate in the virtual event?

Click on the Live Zoom button above when the event goes live on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 8PM (PDT). We recommend you tune in with 2 devices (computer/tablet/cell phone) or open 2 tabs on your computer. This will allow you to watch the Zoom program and bid in the mobile bidding platform during the event.

What will the program be like during the event?

This program will be hosted by auctioneer Liam Mayclem, a legend who has hosted many of the RHS fundraisers. It will be a celebration of our community and an opportunity to help keep the doors open for Russian Hill School. We will have a live auction of the amazing artwork our kids have worked so hard to create, along with a chance for everyone to donate to Fund-a-Need — all from the comfort of your couch!

Here’s how you register to bid:

1.  Go to https://rhs2021auction.ggo.bid
2.  Click the “Start Bidding” button in upper right-hand corner of screen.
3.  Click the green “Create Account” button.
4.  Enter your email address.
5.  Wait for verification email (check your Spam folder if you don’t receive it).
6.  Follow verification link and complete form. Be sure to provide your mobile number.
7.  Verify payment method, billing address, email and mobile number are correct. Click on grey boxes to update information.
8.  Click on the “Start Bidding!” link to enter the auction.
