You will have weekend-long access for two to the SaveMart 350 race weekend from June 23 - 25 in our beautiful and very nearby Sonoma! Come and go as you like for any of the qualifying sessions, support races, or of course the main event on Sunday. If you've never seen a car race (or even if you have), this is one to see. Sonoma Raceway is known around the world as one of the most challenging race tracks, and it is one of only two tracks in the NASCAR season where the drivers turn left AND right - this is not an oval! Why does that matter you ask? Well, the drivers aren't used to this kind of track, and that combined with cars that have lots of horsepower tends to make the racing "interesting"! You'll have to see for yourself!

But anyone who buys a ticket at the track will get all of that. You will get something very special... you will have access to pit lane to be able to see and touch the cars up close. You will have access to the drivers' meeting that takes place on the morning of the race and see the drivers prepare for the race itself. You will be able to walk through the garages as the crews get each car ready. This access is not available to the general public!

Outside: The exterior of the home features a manicured landscape with the greatest feature being the pool and lounging area including a hot tub/spa. The pool and spa both have child-proof covers to protect the smallest guests. There are several floats, noodles, pool toys, etc for your use. The outside also features a great game area for bocce, croquette, horseshoes, etc.

The Scott Family has donated their recently renovated 1890s farmhouse in Prouts Neck, Maine. The house is set on an acre of land with access through a private lane. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths in the house as well as a guest cottage with its own kitchen and bathroom. The house and guest cottage can easily hold up to 14 people. The house and the guest cottage are both fully winterized and can be enjoyed equally year round. It is less than a 5 minute walk to calm waters of Ferry beach and a 10 minute walk to the larger Scarborough Beach (mile and a half of sandy beach on the Atlantic). There is plenty of room outdoors to lounge and play games. Depending on the time of year, there is a fully enclosed porch for lounging or eating as well as a fire pit for smores or an evening parent retreat.

Prouts is a small secluded community well known in artistic circles as the home of renowned painter Winslow Homer. Prouts Neck abounds in a variety of rustic woodland settings and scenic seascape vistas, many of which were the inspiration for Homer’s depictions of late 19th century Americana. Prouts is also perfectly located for short or long excursions. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown Portland, which is the largest city in Maine and quickly coming to be known as a restaurant hot spot with several chefs migrating from New York, Washington DC, Boston and other areas of the US.

On the property (depending on the season) is a jungle gym, trampoline, 4 adult bicycles, 3 kids bicycles and many other toys and activities for active kids. The Scott's can also recommend seasoned babysitters and nannies in the area. There are regular flights from San Francisco directly to Boston (2 hours drive to Prouts) or with one-stop through almost all major hubs to Portland, Maine.
