One of the many wonderful ways to socialize and celebrate RHS while also supporting our special school this year is by buying-in to these fun and creative events hosted by RHS families.

Buy-In Parties are a great way to have fun, get to know the RHS community better, and benefit the school!

	4	Tennis w/ Coach Alex Interested in your child becoming the next Williams or Federer? Back by popular demand, Coach Alex will serve some lessons and regale you with tales from life on the pro tour in the Presidio. Practically like playing at Wimbledon. Not to be missed. 	5	End of School Year Family Bowling Party Come celebrate the end of the 2022 school year with all your RHS friends and their families while enjoying an afternoon of bowling, pizza, cocktails, and fun! All ages and non-RHS siblings welcome. Price includes cocktails, appetizers, pizza dinner, cupcakes for dessert, and bowling! Location: Presidio Bowl Date: 8/6/2022 Hosted by The Egan, The Montgomery, and the Scanlon Families Price per child bowler. (Bowling not required but having fun is!) Value: $75.00
	6	Marin Kayaking Excursion w/ Teacher Kirsten Enjoy the city from a far and experience the vast marine life on the water of Richardson’s Bay. You and your child will join Kirsten and daughter, Luna Darr, for a 2 hour tour which includes a mid paddle stop at the playground right off the water where lunch and snacks will be had by all. Includes: kayak rental, paddle, PFD (personal floatation device), and Lunch from Angelina's Deli! 	7	Novato Pool Party! Say goodbye to Karl the Fog and soak up the sun at a pool party in Novato! Please join us for a backyard swim party on July 23. The weather will be warm and the water will be refreshing. Swimmers of all abilities are welcome. And for those who aren’t inclined to dive in, snacks and beverages will be provided poolside. $75 includes 1 adult and 1 child. Location:The Alderson's Novato home. 	9	Scotch Tasting Spend an evening sampling scotch and other whiskeys led by RHS parent and scotch aficionado, Mihir Shah, at his home. Whether you're a novice or a connoisseur, you are sure to enjoy the variety of labels ranging from high-end to unique and beyond. Limit 10 tickets. Adults only. Date: Thursday, July 21, 2022, 8pm. Hosted by the Shah/Shafer family Price per adult. Limited to 10 tickets. Value: $75.00
	10	Tasting Menu with Wine Pairing Watch as our very own Kate Threlfall and Mihir Shah test their culinary chops to produce a five-course dinner before your very eyes, enjoying each course as it's prepared along with wine pairings. The daughter of a French chef, Kate is a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) alum with professional pastry chef experience, while Mihir is a self-trained home chef with a penchant for producing elaborate tasting menus. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated upon request. Location: The Shah/Shafer home. Adults only. Date: October 22, 2022, 6pm. Hosted by the Shah/Shafer and Threlfall Families Price is per adult. 	11	Mad Hatter Tea Party Head down the rabbit hole with us for a Wonderland-style garden fête in the Shafer/Shah backyard where we will enjoy a lunch of finger sandwiches, scones, petit fours and other goodies. We will also have tea, hot chocolate and a few other surprises for the wee ones. Date: Sunday, September 25, 2022, 11am. Hosted by The Alderson/Bauer and Shah/Shafer Families Each ticket is good for one child and one adult. Limited to 10 tickets. Value: $100.00
	12	RHS Alumni Party This wonderful tradition is a great way for our RHS community to reconnect with current and alumni parents. 	13	Kids Late Night Party at RHS! Enjoy a date night or evening out with friends while your kids rule the school after hours at RHS with all their favorite teachers! Pizza and dance party included. More details to come. Value: $75.00
