Russian Hill School 2010 Annual Autumn Harvest Celebration

Two large RHS seed art grids are being recreated this year during our Annual Autumn Harvest Celebration unit study. They will consist of individual tiles completed by the morning and afternoon class students.

A multiple process endeavor, techniques used involve; designing with shapes, tracing lines, color-coding with crayons, patterning with beans and glue on drawn lines, filling shape patterns with glue and matching colored seeds. This project encourages eye-hand coordination and pre-math counting and patterning development skills.

We are lucky to have such beautiful art this year by the entire RHS student community that is featured on wonderful gift items. These make unique holiday gifts for friends and family or use the cards for thank you notes after the holidays. All proceeds go to Russian Hill School to help our fundraising efforts to make RHS the amazing school that it is. Thank you for your support!

Variety 'Autumn Harvest' Pack of Cards: Set of cards that features all of the student's ‘Oats Peas Beans and Barley Grow’ art. There are 2 each of 5 versions that features all 40 of the student's artwork for $20. This set includes 10 5 x 7 folded cards and envelopes.

2011 'Autumn Harvest' Wall Calendar:  12-month calendar that includes all of the student's ‘Oats Peas Beans and Barley Grow’ artwork and a description of the project process for $25. This is an 8 x 11 wall calendar.

2011 'Autumn Harvest' Desktop Calendar:  12-month calendar that includes all of the student's ‘Oats Peas Beans and Barley Grow’ artwork and a description of the project process for $18. This is a 5 x 11 desktop calendar.

'Autumn Harvest' Puzzle:  35-piece puzzle that features all 40 student's ‘Oats Peas Beans and Barley Grow’ artwork for $28. This puzzle is 12 x 18 inches in size with 3 inch puzzle pieces and comes in a box with the picture of the puzzle on the front. Please note, all puzzle orders must be placed by December 1st.
